The form in the cabinet

The cabinet's left menu has a "Contact us" section. Pick what the message is about — something broke, an idea, or a question — and write it. We see it at once and answer to your account's email.

If the message is about one recording, add the job id: it is on the project's "Recordings" tab and comes back from the API as id. It is faster to look into than a description.

What helps in a bug report

• What you did and what you expected to see.
• The job or project id, if it is about one recording.
• When it happened.
